Bissap épicé

Ingrédients

  • 25g de fleur d’Hibiscus,
  • 15 grains de Poivre noir de Penja,
  • 1 bâton de Cannelle,
  • 1 d’anis étoilée
  • 1 l d’eau

Préparation :

Faire bouillir 1 litre d’eau avec les autres ingrédients pendant 20 minutes.

Tamiser et servir chaud ou froid.

Sucrer à volonté selon votre goût.

Commentaire :

Une boisson digestive très agréable, idéale pour terminer les repas copieux ou pour se désaltérer en toute saison !
